Perrin Block Prism
A wavelength separation prism with minimal P-polarized light loss, where the incident beam is deflected at an angle of 90°.
In a Pellin-Broca prism, a standard dispersive prism is split in half along the bisector of the apex angle. The incident beam is deflected at an angle of 90° to its initial direction. - Minimal loss for P-polarized beams - Wavelength separation with light rotated by 90° - The UVFS prism provides a separation of 1.26° between 532 nm and 1064 nm.
